We will contact you to confirm availability and for your payment details as soon as possible. Once payment details are received we charge a deposit of one nights stay, (or three nights from 24th Dec- 15 Jan) to confirm your booking. The balance is due on your arrival.
If your preferred site/accommodation is not available we will suggest alternatives by email. In case you need to be texted or called enter your phone number and request in comments box.
